Up to 6 hours of onsite coordination
Basic setup of personal items (guest book, signage, favors, etc.)

Wedding Day-of Coordination

The all-in package for couples who want the VIP experience and a trusted partner to handle every behind-the-scenes detail as well as someone to do some of the planning, booking vendors, staying within a budget etc.

Multiple meetings, communication and planning support throughout the wedding planning process
Assistance with seating chart and layout suggestions
Venue walk through before wedding day
Finding and helping to book vendors
Helping to find vendors and manage the wedding plans to keep within the budget
Vendor management and coordination
After many conversations and getting an idea of exactly what they are looking for, we will get some options priced out and present them to the couple.
Rehearsal direction (1-hour)
Up to 10 hours of onsite coordination
